What is a resource-based economy?

We believe Resources are all the things we need and use in our daily lives.
We have a plan for the resource stream of "unwanted stuff" being redirected through Reconsume Centers and events, all items being made accessible to all to share and partake of.
Our unwanted clothes, dishes, blankets, tires, toys, etc; we each need to purchase all of these things, which often takes cash resourcesout of peoples' pockets and continues the chains of consumerism.
With an awareness that garbage is defined as anything any individual doesn't want, and an awareness that any item could be used at least one more time, or re-purposed into art, and/or found and loved by another person, why choose to place it in the garbage?
Many of us are abundant with Resources filling our spaces, we invite you to create more space for yourself, join us in redefining garbage, and sharing all of these Resources, needed, wanted, and usable.
